This problem is a stiff system of 66 Ordinary Differential Equations.
The problem is a chemistry part of the EMEP MSC-W ozone chemistry model,
which is in development at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute in Oslo.
About 140 reactions with a total of 66 species are involved.
